How to Make Coffee Chip Ice Cream

This homemade coffee chip ice cream is creamy, refreshing, and so easy to make with your favorite Cameron’s coffee flavor. Top it off with chocolate chips or fresh fruit, and you’ve got the perfect summer dessert. Plus, with National Ice Cream Day coming in hot, we’ll take any excuse to whip up a chilled treat!

Coffee Chip Ice Cream Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup egg yolks
¾ cup granulated sugar
4 tbsp Cameron’s ground coffee
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Crack eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until scalding.
Add the yolks and granulated sugar to a mixer and mix.
Slowly pour the milk and cream mixture into the mixer, mix for 5 minutes.
Add in coffee grounds and vanilla, mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer to container to freeze for at least 12 hours.
Top with chocolate chips and enjoy!
