✍🏻 Thank You Notes
Writing a note to thank yourself for goals met or inner strength, or writing simple thank you notes to people in your life can turn gratitude into a habit.
📓 Journals / Reflections
An oldie but goodie, writing in a journal daily or weekly or making routine reflections, can give you the time to appreciate all you have to be thankful for.
🟢 Envy Interventions
Comparison is the thief of joy, but not comparing yourself to others can be challenging. When faced with envy, list what you’re grateful for instead. It can really help.
📆 Gratitude Calendar
Write down one thing you’re grateful for each day on your daily calendar or planner.
💆♀️ Reset
When you’re overwhelmed, take a moment to reset and recall 5 things you’re grateful for. This is a quick way to remind yourself to see the good despite the bad.
🚶♀️Walk
Taking a walk to appreciate your immediate surroundings can open your eyes and change your perspective. Pay attention to your neighborhood. What are things close to home that bring joy?
✂️ Create a Collage
Creating a scrapbook, memory wall, quilt, or collage of people, places, and experiences you’re grateful for is a simple way to visualize your appreciation.
