Chocolate Caramel Brownie
A caffeinated twist on THe classic
Valentine’s Day has passed, but the time to enjoy some chocolatey goodness is always! Try our simple recipe for a delicious Salted Chocolate Caramel Brownie, featuring our Chocolate Caramel Brownie Blend, a sweet light roast that is ideal for caffeinated baking!
Here is what you’ll need:
- ¼ brewed cup of our Chocolate Caramel Brownie Blend
- ½ cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup of cocoa powder
- ½ cup of flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of caramel sauce
- Optional: Sea salt flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a 9×9-inch pan.
- Melt a ½ cup of butter. Then, mix the melted butter with sugar, eggs, and cold brew in a bowl until completely smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the mixture and stir thoroughly until combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan. Drizzle caramel sauce on top, and swirl the caramel with a knife. Sprinkle any garnishes you’d like: sea salt flakes, chocolate chips, or sliced strawberries.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the brownies have set. Let cool completely before slicing into square portions.
